SB 90                                                                        
Message of April 15 was read, stating the House passed and returned            
for consideration SENATE BILL NO. 90 with the following                        
amendment:                                                                     
                                                                               
	SENATE BILL NO. 90 am H                                                       
"An Act clarifying powers and duties of state                                 
officials in relation to a disaster emergency caused                           
by a catastrophic oil discharge or the release of a                            
hazardous substance."                                                          
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved that the Senate concur in the House                       
amendment.  Senator Adams objected.                                            
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall the Senate concur in the House                     
amendment to SENATE BILL NO. 90?"  The roll was taken with

The Secretary was requested to notify the House.
